A few years ago, pop culture was struck by the announcement that Kanye West had converted to Christianity. The reactions were wildly varied across the board from people claiming it was just a publicity stunt or a product of his ongoing mental health struggle all the way to some praising God for using such a famous rapper as a witness to the gospel. This is just one example, but others that come to mind are Chris Pratt and Justin Bieber. How do you view figures like these and their witness to the gospel? Do you follow them closely or not so much? How emotionally and intellectually should we be invested in celebrity Christians?
