So personally, I believe that disease, deformities, and any kind of birth disorders are a general result of the fall of creation. I think the Word makes it very clear that we are created Male and Female in His image, and so in the case of intersex people, who might have a physical discrepancy, there is still a desired gender from God that will express itself. As long as the parents of an intersex newborn make a thoughtful, prayerful, God fueled decision on how to addresses next steps, there's no reason an intersex child can't grow up confident and sure in their gender, sexuality, and identity in Christ as a man or woman.
